What should u do in your 20s for healthier 40s

 


Have u ever give a thought to a question that " Why are parents or say forefathers have better stamina, power and immunity than us .... i think that is because of unpacked and unprocessed homemade food and their hardwork.


But now every individual have poor eating habits, lack of exercise, highly junk food and a bunch of other reasons leads to weaken our immunity and body system and hence causes not only unhealthy 40s but also 20s.


Isn't it better to address the cause now (in 20s) and live life happy and long.

EXERCISE


The more active you are , the better you will be. Exercise boost your heart health, build muscles, strengthen your bones and ward of all health problems .


Exercise not just maintain your physical health but also your mental health by makes you feel happier, cut down your stress, build more confidence and add more years to your life.


Regular exercise or just morning walk of 30 minutes helps you ward off your fatigue, more explore to nature and you will find yourself with a lot more you. 



SLEEP


Do you know why sleeping is more important? 


Because during sleep we produce the greatest amount of melatonin. Melatonin influence HGH secretion. HGH help the body to burn fat, repair collagen, regenerate body tissue, improve bone density, enhance immunity and repair cell.


A good sleep gives you glowing skin, dark circles and puffy free eyes, less stress, better more, less fatigue and more energy.



NUTRITION


Nutrition is needed by everybody irrespective men, women and child.


For nutrition you should focus on plant-based diet, make sure you get enough iron, bone up with calcium, never skip your breakfast, and cut the junk.


Being exposed to nature increase your vitamin D and lower the risk of death from disease.


Eat right eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a knave and dinner like a pauper. Avoid eating too much red meat in your diet as it can lead to various health issues like risk of diabetes and heart diseases.


Peoples whose diet are rich in potassium may be less prone to high blood pressure. besides reducing sodium and taking other heart healthy steps, eat potassium-packed picks such as bananas and oranges.


Eat more of bitter melon, turmeric, sweet potato, brown rice and mushrooms.
