It is very well said by someone that " A good LAUGH and  a PROPER SLEEP are 2 best cures for anything". 


Proper sleep is necessary for our body to refuel. If you are not having good sleep you are just pushing your body and damaging it. Most of us do not have a healthy sleeping pattern either due to work or for some other reasons.







What a bad sleep can do to you ?


1. Weight gain


Did you know that how much sleep you get each night can determine how much weight you gain or lose? Adequate deep sleep can help you lose weight naturally and keep you from regaining more afterwards and this may be better idea to address the causes of excessive weight gain.


2. Puffy and Swollen eyes


The way you sleep effects your eyes. Not getting enough sleep can cause dark circles under your eyes and making them look puffy and swollen. 


3. Stress and Depression


Not sleeping well can adversely effect your body and brain both. After your body worked hard it need rest and good sleep if you not get it your stress hormones get activated and anxiety level increases.


4. Bad Mood


Angry and frustated you feel all the time without sleep. A good and sound sleep makes you feel good and happier and encourages you to explore and invent new world.




How can you get good sleep?


1. Yoga and Meditation


It calms down your mind and regulates your body and most importantly, it addresses most body problems from the core. This can be the most prudent way to deal with stress and depression and helps you stay calm and composed.


2. Let your phone sleep alone


According to Deloitte survey, 81% of people check their phone in the hour before bedtime. The blue light phone emits makes you feel difficult to fall asleep. 


3. Regular exercise


Regular exercise can get you fall asleep faster and more soundly. Exercise calms your body and brain. The harder you exercise, the more likely you are to have a good night's sleep.
