 Everyone here knows how important it is to be fit so i'll not explain it all over again in my every post, but the question arises here is which training is best. Many people ask me whether it is aerobics or pilates or cardio is better than hiit training. Well, to say my answer is very simple you doesn't have to do such hard training just do simple and fun exercises which you enjoy.
