Ingredients:
- Lemon, Grapefruits or Oranges
- Cucumber
- Berries( strawberry,blueberry,raspberry)
- Apple
- Kiwi
- watermelon
- mint
- Ginger(optional) just to add the tang
It's so easy! Just make sure you leave your detox water with fruit and all in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours before you drink it.
For all the recipes:
- Use a large jar
- Pack it with sliced fruits
- Add herbs
- Top up the container with ice water
- Place it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
- One slice orange
- Two peeled and sliced kiwi
- A twist of mint(optional)
For every 2 cup of water use 2 cups of ice and add
- One cup raspberry(whole)
- One-quarter cup of mint leaves

- One cup of blueberries(whole)
- One lemon
- One slice lemon
- Quarter cucumber sliced
- One cup of sliced watermelon
- One-quarter cup of mint leaves
- Quarter cucumber sliced(optional)
- Quarter cup strawberries
- One lemon(sliced)
- One grapefruit(sliced)
- One cup raspberries
- Two kiwis(peeled and sliced)
- One lemon(sliced)
