Cheap Diet- Yummy Detox Water Recipes To Try

just because you want to detox and lose weight does't mean you have to spend lot on pills, supplements and diet books. Just drink a glass of delicious detox water 3 times a day.
Ingredients:
  • Lemon, Grapefruits or Oranges
  • Cucumber
  • Berries( strawberry,blueberry,raspberry)
  • Apple
  • Kiwi
  • watermelon 
  • mint
  • Ginger(optional) just to add the tang
Detox Water Recipe
  It's so easy! Just make sure you leave your detox water with fruit and all in the refrigerator for a         minimum of 2 hours before you drink it.
     For all the recipes:
  1. Use a large jar
  2. Pack it with sliced fruits
  3. Add herbs 
  4. Top up the container with ice water
  5. Place it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
Orange & Kiwi
For every 2 cup of water use 2 cups of ice and add           
  • One slice orange
  • Two peeled and sliced kiwi
  • A twist of mint(optional)
Raspberry & Mint
For every 2 cup of water use 2 cups of ice and add
  • One cup raspberry(whole)
  • One-quarter cup of mint leaves
Blueberry & lime
For every 2 cup of water use 2 cups of ice and add
  • One cup of blueberries(whole)
  • One lemon
Lemon & Cucumber
  • One slice lemon
  • Quarter cucumber sliced
Watermelon & Mint
  • One cup of sliced watermelon
  • One-quarter cup of mint leaves
  • Quarter cucumber sliced(optional)
Strawberry, lemon & grapefruit
  • Quarter cup strawberries
  • One lemon(sliced)
  • One grapefruit(sliced)
Raspberry, Kiwi & Lemon
  • One cup raspberries
  • Two kiwis(peeled and sliced)
  • One lemon(sliced)
