Want to become a faster, stronger runner?Then you absolutely have to do more than simply run all the time.Cross training, speedwork and strength training is imperative in ensuring you are the best runner you can be.
Plyometrics exercise is a powerful aerobic exercise used to increase your speed, endurance and strength. Plyometric are typically jumping or dynamic movement exercise in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power.

Begin with 2 sessions per week of 2 sets of 10.
