Coconut Cookies Recipe

Baked goodness of coconut cookies that you can make at home any time and relish with a piping hot cup of tea. These cookies are light,wholesome and too delicious to resist.



Ingredients:
  1. 100gms refined flour
  2. 100gms dessicated coconut
  3. 100gms salted butter
  4. 100gms sugar powder
  5. 10gms custard powder
  6. 25ml tonned milk
How to make coconut cookies:
  1. Mix butter and sugar, till it completely dissolved and add milk.
  2. Add all other ingredients for thick mixture consistency.
  3. Make small round and place on baking tray.
  4. Bake for around 20 min. at 150 degree.
