Cumin seeds ( geera )

  • Improves digestion

Coriander seeds ( Dhaniya seeds , sabut dhaniya )




  • Anti bacterial, anti fungal effects
  • Rich source of calcium

Sugar/Rock candy ( dhage wali mishri )

  • Improves digestion
  • Energy booster
  • Rich in essential vitamins and minerals


What you have to do :

  • Grind all the ingredients together.
  • Preserve it in small box.


How often you should take it:

  • Take it twice or thrice a day after the meal with water ( normal temperature )
