New ways to lose weight - less is better







 Every fat person have a wish that one should have love the exercise as they have loved eating everything, but mere wishing is not enough.


You have to find a solution  ......  don't worry , i have got it for you so please avoiding things that you look fat especially scales, mirrors and photographs. 

I know it's not that funny but i promise my solutions for you will be very helpful for you.

Use the sand

A great way to lose extra pounds is to play on the sand. You can play beach volleyball and frisbee. It's fun to play beach volleyball even if there are just 2 people. All you need is ball. And sand makes it harder but you will have so much fun that you won't even notice it. The same works for running and other exercises on the beach.


Odors that can help you lose weight

Some odors have an impact on our appetite. There are even several studies proving that this theory works. These studies have proven that people who used to sniff pineapple, apple, banana and grapefruit odors wanted to eat less.


Some floral scents also influence our appetite. They include lavender, rose and jasmine odors. It's said that they can control our appetite and make us feel happy and calm.


Remove those foods that you can easily forget about

Most people start adhering to a diet and quit it really soon. That's why it is important to approach healthy diet with baby steps. Remove those foods you can live without, but still end up eating trying to overcome boredom or stress.


If you can't imagine your life without chocolate, don't stop eating it. Reduce its amount slowly. Remember that small achievements help us to move forward.


Eat umami

Cooks distinguish between 5 tastes: sweetness, sourness, bitterness, saltiness and umami.


Umami is the mild taste found in soya sauce, broccoli, mushrooms, and walnuts. It's said that it has a certain influence on our brain's receptors and helps us feel full faster.


Fool your eyes

One of the most effective way to lose weight is to reduce the size of your servings. You can easily fool your eyes and stomach.


Cut pieces into small ones and serve your food on smaller plates so that tour serving look bigger than they are.
