Your value doesn't lie in how you look





 Your body is the only place you have to live in so stop struggling with it. I have seen many people especially the college going students and office employees struggle with their body image as they feel uncomfortable in their own skin, size and started comparing with others and in all this, many a times start taking wrong decisions ( i.e. started taking some pills, feeling jealous etc ) .


This happens because many people doesn't know the real meaning of body image. Body Image is the mindset how you see yourself and how you feel and control your body and a believe in your own appearance. 


As my title says let me tell you guys that your body image and  people's mindset about your body image can be changed at some point but the work you do and how you do it values the most.


Practice these new thought patterns, to feel better about who you are and the body you naturally have.


Priortizing things : 

 Put energy in priortizing things like enjoying with friends, family, and pets rather than pursuing the perfect body. You can also priortize for high acadamic performance, exams above your body image.

Appreciate : 

 Appreciate and celebrate all that your body does for you - running, dancing, breathing, laughing, dreaming etc.

Comfortable clothes :  

Wear clothes that are comfortable and that makes you feel good about your body.

Treat your body with respect :  

Judge your body based on other qualities you have and carry yourself with the sence of confidence, self-acceptance.



Always remember and consider :

  • I'm comfortable with the way I look.
  • I'm in tune with what my body needs.
  • I know that looks have nothing to do with worth and abilities.
