 Umm...... confused, frustrated, unclear or struggling with where to start with making healthy lifestyle habits ?


Finest tip : keep it simple. Embrace one thing at a time and once that starts to become regular, pursue that habit and then add another. Soon, these habits will feel more fluent.


This is the technique i used when deciding to start a daily morning walk and eat apple a day. Who knew that all these years later, eating healthy and exercising is something i actually yearn ?

HOW TO KEEP IT SIMPLE 


1. Establish a routine 

    Routine is the first step you need to target. A successful routine gives you laser - look focus. We have to make sure that we start from right foot and strong root .


2. Keep hydrated

    Drinking water regulates your metabolism and ensure proper blood circulation in your body. This also helps you to lose weight as drinking more water will make you eat less.


3. Green comes first

    Leafy green are crucial part of your healthy diet. They are packed with minerals, vitamins, and fiber but low in calories. It also regulates heart disease, mental decline and reduced risk of obesity.


4. Proper sleep

    We waste lot of time on useless things and one of them is using mobile before sleep which is very harmful and that do not provide any benefit in improving our lifestyle. Proper sleep is necessary for our body to refuel and also help to remove wrinkles and makes skin glowing.


 

  • Before implying to all these things just remember " LOVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE "
