- Green comes first as leafy green are packed with vitamins minerals and fiber, but low in calories and reduce blood sugar level plus control blood pressure.
- Avoid beverages because their is no nutritional value neither they benefit our body.
- Proper sleep as it is best for anything.
- Salad with meal is must as salads are rich in fibers and also prevents constipation.
